Mediation is students helping students. We have no power to enforce anything but “your voice has more choice”. We won’t judge you or tell you what to do. We will not take sides. We are here to help you resolve this situation. Everything that is said here will be confidential unless you choose to share something with us that is against the law or something which could be harmful to you or to someone else.
2. Rules In order for mediation to work we have some rules that everyone needs to agree to: - Agree to work to solve the problem - No name-calling or put-downs - No physical fighting - No interrupting - Be honest We ask that you speak directly to us and not to each other.
